Kaesler The Fave’ Grenache 2022 adriannanov The grapes for this wine

The grapes for this wine are de-stemmed before crushing and then vinified lwith daily pump-overs and gentle punching down

which runs down from the ski-fields of Valdezcaray above CÌÁrdenas to the south in Sierra de la Demanda

The wine is aged for 16 months in used French barriques

The final blend is then assembled in tank and matured for a further 6 months before bottling

It’s then aged in bottle for at least another three months prior to release

Kaesler The Fave’ Grenache 2022 adriannanov The grapes for this wineBright ruby red, with aromas of ripe strawberry, cherry and raspberries in the glass. Light to medium bodied, the palate is full of raspberry, black cherry and strawberry flavours with hints of sweet spice and orange rind from the whole bunches, which gives the wine plenty of length.
