whilst the red wines are all made solely from premium fruit sourced off the Nocton Estate Vineyard in the prized Coal River Valley

This wine is exceptional every year and quite frankly I have yet to taste a better Petit Chablis especially at the price - Sebastien has just got a gold medal for this 2018 at the 'Concours des Vins de Chablis'

SURFACE AREA : 1. 2 hectares. GEOLOGY : Soil of rough sand, rich in quartz and mica with shell debris from safres of the Miocene period. METHOD OF CULTIVATION : Ecocert certified organic and Demeter certified biodynamic. GRAPE VARIETIES : Complanted with Grenache 80%, Mourvdre 10%, Counoise 10%. AGE OF VINES : Average 70 years.
