Made in the strictest respect of tradition, with bunches of white Malvasia and a little Trebbiano left to dry hanging, in a ventilated environment, and not on reeds. And then with small barrels that have mothers of 20 30 years. It pairs perfectly with long aged cheeses, blue cheeses and desserts. Drunk alone it becomes a meditation wine.
