It is the first honey of the season and our beekeeper Patrick takes his native Corsican bees to the high valleys around Monte Cinto, the highest mountain in Corsica at 2,706 metres, to collect his AOP organic spring honey (Miel de maquis de printemps). It is harvested in May in a wild and unspoilt environment
