Pirocanto IGT Toscana Bianco Chioccioli Altadonna united states Barbados and GuyanaTrebbiano with a small quantity of Malvasia and Ansonica. The fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in 7 hl terracotta amphorae where the wine remains in contact with its skins, its grape seeds and its indigenous yeasts for approximately 3 months. The wine is complex and very fine, fruity with an elegant floral background, hints of dried fruit, marzipan and citrus fruits, inserted in a fresh and lively mineral note. In the mouth it is smooth,
