2023 Hirsch Sonoma Coast Chardonnay Natural black tea and earthDavid Hirsch's first Chardonnay vineyard was planted in 1994, before the Sonoma Coast was realized as having potentially the best terroir in the county for Burgundian varieties. In 2017, Jasmine Hirsch, Davids daughter, took over as winemaker and will continue to steward Hirschs bottlings of individual parcels.
